By submitting my information, I hereby request and grant my express consent to be contacted by telephone, email, or SMS text regarding the services provided by Instinctive Edge LLC and its affiliates or partners, regardless of whether any such contact results in an increase of my monthly telephone service charges. I also accept and intend that my request fall within the applicable state and/or federal definitions of an inquiry, express permission, and/or existing business relationship.
Instinctive Edge LLC only collects information that is volunteered during the registration process or in any responses to specific information requests. We do need this information in order to provide services that you request. We Do Not Collect Information From Children:
The information and services provided by us or our affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, etc. is not intended to be viewed by children (under the age of 18 years old). Our services are also not intended for children under the age of 18 years. If Instinctive Edge LLC learns of a person who registers on the site who is under the age of 18, we will immediately delete that person's information.
Registry Compliance:
By submitting your personal and/or financial information on our site, you are hereby granting written permission to us, our affiliated sites, sponsors, affiliates, partners, etc. to possess and use your contact information. You are also consenting to receive phone calls from Instinctive Edge LLC, our affiliates, and our partners for contact via telephone, and thereby, you waive your right to file a claim with the FTC or any other agency in regards to these contacts or calls.
Your Opt-Out Rights:
You may opt-out of receiving communications from us, our affiliates, and/or third parties by not submitting your information. We also allow you to remove your information from our database by responding to any of our email communications with "remove" in the subject line. Instinctive Edge LLC takes your privacy seriously and we do not tolerate spam.
Change in Policy: We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Depending on the nature of the change, we may notify you of the existence and location of the new or revised policy through email or by posting the changes online at our site.
